For the past year, just to test the waters with EST, I basically stuck to US systems from the original EST collection, plus a few from the US Edge Portfolio. Starting from October 2025, I was aiming for 15% annual profit with a possible 20-30% drawdown, which seemed to be the norm among others in the community. Right now, a few months shy of the one year mark for this portfolio, I'm up around 45%. I know this is a bit of an outlier as I expect going forward it will be more in my original target range, however what this shows is that EST has been very stable even through a tumultuous year. Really glad I took a chance on EST. It was a bit hard at the start as there was a lot of learning, and I did make a lot of mistakes along the way. Still, if you're willing to study it, this is very sustainable and can be scaled to your risk tolerance. Really appreciate what EST has been and hoping it truly stands the test of time.

The Trader Success System was the training I had been searching for my whole life: reliable, giving me a clear understanding of what I was doing, incorporating risk management, and promising a satisfying return. Before the course, I didn’t fully know how to use the Amibroker software I had. I was drowning in copy-and-paste trading methods, making risky trades and following a stressful path. I used to hold onto outdated, unproven beliefs. However, thanks to the course, I learnt to use the Amibroker programme flawlessly. I learnt that making money in the stock market doesn’t necessarily require sophisticated technical analysis; instead, by backtesting simple rules and utilising Monte Carlo simulations and walk-forward optimisation, I can create reliable trading systems for myself. Apart from long positions, which were all I knew, I learnt about short positions and strategies such as mean reversion. Beyond these, the course broadens one’s horizons with topics like market diversification and automation—areas I haven’t yet implemented but now know how to approach. I learnt to monitor trading, control and refine potential failures, develop systems quickly, and most importantly, test the beliefs I thought were correct. By the end of the course, I had made a profit on the stock market that exceeded my initial investment. I believe Adrian is truly knowledgeable, knows exactly what he’s doing, and is a master of his subject. My biggest worry before the program was understanding systematic trading and having a process to build and test trading systems that would give me confidence going forward. The program is helping me by giving me knowledge and guides to follow in my backtesting, a community to ask questions, and trading systems to validate myself to build confidence in live trading. I have been navigating the trading world for about 5 years now, and I can honestly say Adrian is one of the very few people in this industry who offers genuine, sound help. In a space often filled with 'grab and run' tactics, Adrian was incredibly friendly and took the time to offer me valuable advice for free, without trying to push a sale. I joined Enlightened Stock Trading’s Trader Success System after a lot of consideration, and I’m glad I did. The course material is thorough, well-structured, and focused on real implementation rather than theory alone. The Trader Success System is highly recommended for a comprehensive headstart to systematic trading. RealTest Launchpad is also a very well structured, highly organized step by step guide to learn all important details for a smooth start with RealTest. Adrian explains everything in great detail using his over twenty years of experience in systematic trading and presenting it in his unique structured, motivating and empowering style of teaching. RealTest is an excellent and highly realistic backtesting application which is already very well documented in text format by its founder Marsten Parker. For students that prefer visual learning like myself RealTest Launchpad is invaluable. I was very thankful to receive great assistance by studying Adrian Reid’s RealTest Launchpad, which divides the different topics into comprehensible small to medium sized videos to explain the most important functions of the application and all steps to get started in just a few hours or days. If you want to learn Systematic Trading this is the place to go.  This isn’t for everyone, but I highly recommend it. If you put in the work it gives you the complete ‘How To …’.  Adrian and his team have Passion, Patience and most importantly Process.  They want you to succeed and support you through your journey whether it be fast or slow.   They want your success to be sustainable and independent and yet still part of the group.  Apart from the extensive educational process, to me, the best part is the live sessions 4 times a week where they have experienced people (including Adrian) helping you with questions or problems you have encountered.  Sometimes a live session is run (collaboratively) to improve and hone your knowledge and application.  I wish I had discovered EST years ago.

Can't recommend the systematic approach that Adrian teaches enough. The course material is first rate and takes even the novice trader on a structured pathway to mastery. However, if you are willing to put in the time and effort to grow your financial future this might be the one for you. The amount of information in Adrian's course is mind blowing. I was interested in progressing from systematic trading using a signals service to being able to develop, test and apply my own suite of strategies to achieve my personal goals. I am currently working through the Trader Success System and am enjoying it immensely. Having an analytical background has helped my progress, however the course is hugely detailed and structured in a logical step-by-step process that would allow anyone with a passion for investing and sufficient learning time to gain proficiency and apply these life-changing skills. A large suite of profitable, pre-built strategies are also available for participants to utilise out-of-the-box if desired. Much of the course learning content is presented in the form of recorded video. These videos do an excellent job of explaining the concepts, processes and application technique. There are also regular live Zoom sessions with the trainers which I am finding very helpful. Price wise, I am finding this course to be amazing value for money. Can't recommend EST enough. So much knowledge and a real passion for wanting others to succeed. You get lots of help when needed and a fabulous bunch of people meeting up and sharing all the time. It's not just a bunch of videos to watch and then you can't talk to anyone. It's videos, real live chat groups and you do get to talk Adrian as well. He is easily accessible. I have been trading using the EST systematic approach for a couple of years now. The EST courses have taken all the unnecessary emotion out of trading, so that I just stick to a system and block out the noise of news items, stock reports, so-called gurus, etc. The best thing is that Adrian and his coaches are genuine and dedicated to helping us in our journey. There are several weekly sessions on a variety of topics to assist you if you have time to attend. If you're looking for a quick fix, EST is not for you. But if you want real trading knowledge, a long-term vision for your finances and a viable vehicle to achieve this, then you need to look seriously at the EST programme. Very highly recommended
